When You Can't Hold On-God is Holding You

Sometimes it feels like your are barely holding on. We have good news! When you're barely holding on God is holding you! Isaiah 41:10, Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Rest in His righteous right hand and let Him fight your battle for you. He is a good Father God and He will take care of you! www.sosministries.life or briananddanamoomey.com

God Sustains You Through What Lies Ahead

Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved. Sustain means to maintain continually over time without interruption and to support, uphold or give strength. This is our God who will keep us and support us no matter what. The scripture above says He SHALL sustain you. That doesn't mean maybe. It means yes! www.sosministries.life or briananddanamoomey.com

Grace that Lifts-Power that Sustains

2 Corinthians 12:2, And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Paul was used mightily by Jesus. He was attached constantly by the devil. Paul was getting weary or discouraged. He prayed and that when Jesus told him His grace and strength or power would see him through. Don't give up. That same grace and power are for us today too! His grace will lift you up and His power will sustain you!

The Great Exchange: Old Things Gone New Things Come

Ephesians 4:22-23 tells us to put off the old self and be renewed is the spirit of our mind that is having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude. The Great Exchange is accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. 2 Corinthians 5:17, Whoever is a believer in Christ is a new creation. The old way of living has disappeared. A new way of living has come into existence. Your spirit is brand new but your mind and body have to be renewed by the Word of God!  ⁨@sosministries-777⁩

Crossing into a New Beginning for Your Life

Romans 6 in the Bible is all about being dead to sin and alive to God. Once we have accepted Jesus into our life we should no longer continue in sin. Romans 6:11, So consider yourselves dead to sin’s power but living for God in the power Christ Jesus gives you. Jesus gives us power to overcome sin! Jesus sets us free! Remember, the payment for sin is death, but the gift that God freely gives is everlasting life found in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

Crossing Into a New Beginning

We have different seasons, times and purposes in our life. The new year is a time to reflect and a time to make changes. We keep our focus on Jesus and on things above. Galatians 2:20,  I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. In John 6:68, Simon Peter said, "You have the words of eternal life." Where will you spend eternity?

The Roll of Angels in the Birth of Jesus

Angels played a huge roll in the birth of Jesus. An angel came and told Mary she would have the Son of God and an angel also spoke to Joseph. An angel appeared to Shepherds in the field telling them of the birth of the Savior of the world and then a heavenly host of angels appeared praising God and saying: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men!" (Luke 2:13-14) Jesus is the Prince of Peace!

How Angels Work in a Believer's Life Pt. 2

Acts chapter 12 is an interesting chapter in the Bible. Peter is thrown into prison by King Herod and sentenced to death, but an angel comes, rescues him from the prison and sets him free. Peter's life was spared. In the last part of chapter 12 King Herod lifts himself up in pride and does not give God the glory. The Bible says immediately an angel of the Lord struck him and Herod was eaten by worms and died. Angels are servants of God who watch over the believer day and night.

How Angels Work in a Believer's Life

Today we looked at Psalms 91 and Psalms 103:20, Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. Angels are here to protect us and when we speak forth the Word of God, angels work on our behalf! How exciting that God has provided angels for us! Pray the Word of God over others and your family so those angels have something to do!

Heaven's Guardians: The Ministry of Angels

Angels are real! They are God's servants for Believers. Hebrews 1:14, Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? We are not to worship them. They watch over us, protecting us from harm. We learned how angels gave strength to Jesus (Luke 22:43). They will give strength to us too!  ⁨@sosministries-777⁩

Thanksgiving-A Lifestyle Not Just a Holiday

In our everyday life we need to find something to be thankful for. I heard a man say, "Don't forget to take your vitamin G". Vitamin G is for gratefulness. I Thessalonians 5:18 tells us to give thanks in all circumstances: for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. We can choose to give thanks everyday and find something to be grateful for!  ⁨@sosministries-777⁩

Divine Protection: Psalms 91

I encourage everyone to daily read Psalm 91 over yourself and your family. We are living in the end times and God's word promises us divine protection. Psalms 91 is full of different ways Father God protects us. He is our refuge, fortress, deliverer, He protects us during the night and during the day, and He gives His angels charge over us!! I encourage to read Psalms 91 everyday and find out all the different ways He protects! www.sosministries.life

Prayer of Salvation

Jesus, I ask You to forgive me of my sins. I want You to come and live in my heart. You are my Lord and Savior. I believe You died for my sins and arose from the dead and with my mouth I confess You as my Savior.

Thank You for saving me, amen!

Romans 10:9-10, that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
